My mum Deirdre is originally from Dublin & her parents were Cork city & Borris, Co Carlow my Nan & Grandad. I grew up listening each Sunday we had lunch there to these old classics, this will never lose its appeal even as just a melody. I adore Eire & feel very proud of my Irish roots.
